Kenneth first began practicing in 1991 when he served as a law clerk to the Chief Justice for the Idaho Supreme Court. 

In 1993, he became a partner at Lyon & Lyon and was responsible for a wide variety of legal cases.

In 1999, he became licensed in Nevada and moved to the Reno and Sparks area, where he opened the Law Offices of Kenneth E Lyon III. His current practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, cases, and other litigation matters.
